Senior Advisor – Learning and Development

• Fixed term 12 – 18 month strategic contract.
• High content of framework development.

In this strategic role you will have responsibility for creating and implementing the Learning and Development framework. With a focus on ensuring managers have all the tools at hand to grow their staff, we are looking for someone that has proven experience at establishing and driving through integrated learning initiatives and programmes, whilst having a robust system in place to evaluate the success of individual programmes.

Senior Advisor HR: Strong capability within the Employment Relationship area is important. Your ability to support managers and impart your knowledge thereby increasing manager capability is crucial. Excellence in all communications and relationship management will be central to your success.
