Payroll Officer (part time 25 hours)
CBD | Salary $50-60,000 (full time equivalent) | Closing Date: 15 Mar 2010
The purpose of this interesting role is to manage the large, Wellington based organisation’s payroll function ensuring the regular,
timely and efficient payment of employee salaries and the optimal of the
payroll system. Additionally the role is responsible for keeping track of,
and attending to any payroll issues, concerns or queries.
The role is 25 hours per week (5 hours per day preferred but may be some flexibility)
Preferred system experience 1) PS 2000, 2) PS Enterprise, 3) PeopleSoft, Leader or Pay Global
Must have had lead role or sole charge running payroll function
Good understanding of IT systems
Good at building relationship in the business
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Keen to get in and fix and improve things as opposed to BAU

12 months fixed term Snr HR Adviser
