Plum’s Career Management and Outplacement Services are provided through our Associate, Ginny Hopper. 

Ginny’s passion is helping people develop the skills and mindset to confidently manage their careers and make the most of their talents and capabilities. Since the mid-1990s, Ginny has coached and supported people from a wide range of industries and occupations, from CEOs to technical specialists, helping them proactively pursue their career development, manage the risk and opportunities of organisational change, and transition to new futures following re-structure or redundancy. This has been through her work with leading career management and outplacement firms in Wellington, Sydney and provincial New Zealand, and in addition to her own practice alongside Plum Consulting, to provide these services.
 
Outside of work, Ginny is an avid reader and aspiring writer, and balances professional life with attempts at creativity of all sorts, encouraged by a relaxed lifestyle outside the city.
